Good value
My dogs first time for using steps to get on my bed so I bought cheap ones in case he wouldn’t use them. I was very pleased with the quality, they are very sturdy and seem ok in size for my 12kg border terrier.

So nice now my little dog can safely get up and down to my bed.
Very nice steps that are perfect for my little Lhasa Apso. Lightweight so easy to move when hoovering and sturdily made so pets are safe using it. Recommended!

folding
Good product except for refolding for travel, I had to use a screwdriver to lift steps over the retainer lip

Great for small pets.
We bought this for a cat who has had leg surgery, and along with her getting on a bit she can no longer jump like she used to. We bought two sets of steps. One sits on carpet, the other on a hard smooth floor. With the carpet, we found no issue with the steps whatsoever, however when using on a smooth floor there can be an issue which I will explain why and how to deal with it.The steps are supplied with little rubber pads that you stick to the bottom of the legs. If you don't use them the steps will just splay apart. You MUST use these pads. Sadly these pads are not very sticky & can easily come off. The easy way I found to stick them on was to first rub off the sticky part off the small rubber pads. Then using a bit of sandpaper, I gave the bottom of the step legs a little rub in order to score it. I then applied a little dab of superglue on each pad & stuck it to the bottom of the leg. I know it is something you should have to do from the get go, but it was a simple fix & the pads are still stuck on strong. Plus I have the peace of mind that the legs won't part when the cat uses them. Also having the top part of the step resting gently against whatever you place next to help it feel more secure.

Steps
These are too steep for my old dog with narrow steps. They are sturdy however just not suitable for an old dog

A game changer for our elderly cat
These steps have been a Godsend for our cat. We bought these about 6 months ago for our new house and the window box is our cat's new favourite place. Unfortunately, being 18 and having arthritis... it's a bit much to ask him to jump up all the time - though he tries. Like anything you introduce to a cat, he avoided it like the plague at first, but after a few times of forcing him to stand on it he came to understand it's function and it's all he uses. The size is great for him, though in an ideal world they'd be step taller, but he's managed without just fine. (It falls about 10~cm short of the top of the radiator, so in fact, the top step is his favourite place to be this winter.) They're pretty sturdy and don't slide under his weight. I'd say the grip pads that come with it are a must, or it would probably be slippery for him. It's easy to set up, and to fold away when vacuuming. The sticky pads keep falling off the underneath of the steps, but actually I've found they're not particularly slippy anyway and doesn't worry me. All in all, I'm really happy to have purchased this and would happily recommend it for cats.

Perfect for my Jacahuahua
My tiny rescue dog - a Jack Russell cross Chihuahua - likes to snuggle up when feeling ill. A recent bout of ill health led to her trying to jump onto my bed at night. She got frustrated as she couldn't jump high enough - but wouldn't give up trying. I got frustrated by being continually woken by regular bumps as she tried to jump up but ricocheted off the mattress, and loud thumps as she bounced back and hit the ground.Something had to be done! These mini stairs enabled her to climb easily onto my rather high bed during the night, to curl up by my feet. Peace and rest for both of us! Now that she's recovered, she's back in her own bed, and the stairs are safely stowed. They're a bit bulky even when folded, so I wouldn't want to use them for the car. But on the other hand, they seem strong and stable. The stick on carpet gives a good non slip surface. Each step rise is about four inches, which is perfect for her. They'd probably be fine for a medium sized dog, too - but no good for a large dog (firstly, it would be like a large man trying to sit on a tiny pre-schooler's chair; and secondly, there are four steps; a large dog would only need two for that height).I would recommend them to anyone with a small or medium sized dog.
