I have been struggling with hair loss for several years and I have had trouble getting it to be any length before it starts falling out, so I have to go short again. This is really frustrating because I loved having long hair. It was something that I was really proud of because not many women in my family are able to. When I was younger, I had such pretty, thick, shiny hair. Now it will shine and be soft, but not long or thick. I got these hoping that they would help to give my body what it was missing and give me my hair back. I have been taking these for a while now, and they don't really taste bad at all. There is a little bit of an orange rind sort of taste, but that doesn't really bother me. There are worse things your medicine can taste like. The ingredients are really nice. Zinc is one of those minerals that seems like it is harder to come by these days. There are so many benefits that these could have, but for some reason, my body is not absorbing them or something.I really like how there is a decent supply offered. It always drives me crazy when all the supplements run out at once because they are all single-month supplies. Providing more makes me feel like I am getting a much better value. These are simple to take. The chew is not too hard, so it won't get stuck in your teeth, but not so soft that it sticks together. Finding that right consistency is not an easy feat, so well done. The shape is nice as well, though these are a little bigger than other chewable supplements. The smell is not bad either. There are some vitamins that are hard to take because of the smell, so these are more like gummy bears than vitamins. There are other ways to improve hair growth with shampoos and treatments, but to me, it makes sense to start with the vitamins and minerals on the inside because these are what give hair the building blocks to build the hair locks. The benefits are sound; my nails have started to get a little thicker, and they don't seem to be getting cut by my hair. Because of how thin my hair was getting, it would slice into my nails and then break them off. My daughter started taking them with me, and I can see she has hair just like mine. I am hoping that by starting her on these little aids now, I am able to help her avoid some of my issues. I have not seen much of a change with her yet. She said she sees the same hair loss and has not noticed any changes yet. We are both taking them in the mornings, so they may just take longer. It has only been a few weeks. At the very least, these are great for overall health and maintaining a well-balanced supplement for the immune system.

Being vegan you can’t take collagen, but this is a great alternative. I already noticed that my skin is a little better, but my nails are much stronger. This vitamin is definitely boosting my collagen. Great brand!

The product says vegan friendly and then in the ingredients Fish is listed.And it will not even allow me to return it.
