I ordered this because ginger is packed with a multitude of great health benefits, but I can’t eat it raw everyday. This is the perfect solution. I added it to my daily routine, and it truly does seem to help.These capsules are very easy to take; it’s a single capsule dosage. I take it at night right before bed, and haven’t noticed an off-putting taste or smell at all. They are easy to swallow, and I don’t have any issues at all with these. Proper capsules but gave me reflux.
Took for 2 nights. Medium sized capsules that are easy to swallow. Unfortunately did not agree with me and I got reflux.
