Loved this pull up bar because it was inexpensive and has held up well since buying it in 2018. Fits our bedroom door frame perfectly which is a pretty standard modern door frame although it does have 1/2 inch thick wooden trim. Hasn't damaged the door frame and has never fallen off.

So I get the box, and I’m excited. I’ve needed a pull up bar. I open the box and see that the pull-up bar box has been torn open. Then I pull out the pieces. Two pieces are bent. The inside of the tube are rusted. Padding is worn down like it’s been on somebody’s door frame for a while. The screws and bolts are rusted. And the directions want me to screw pieces into the wall above the frame. Overall extremely disgusted with the condition of this product. 0 stars. Attached are a few pictures showing the condition. Later on I found another piece that was even more rusted.

It works I'm a big boy and it holds my weight. I recommend it. I weigh about 270 right now by the way.

Product description on listing states "Fits residential doorways 34 to 42 inches".I specifically bought this pull-up bar because my door width is 40 inches and no other pull-up bar offered on Amazon supports this uncommon width.When I received & opened the packaging, the pull-up manual clearly warns "Fits residential doorways 24 to 34 inches". I was very disappointed, had to return the item, and have 0 options now for a pull-up bar fitting my door.Since I read the manual first and caught the discrepancy, I didn't bother unwrapping the parts & assembling the pull-up bar so I cannot speak to the quality of it.

I have a wider door frame (inside 35 inches) and few pull-up bars would work. So I bought this one and it worked just fine and with plenty bar on the door for support. Another pull up bar that I tried claimed it would fit my door but there was only 1/2 an inch of overlap and was not safe. There are some extra side grips that you can attached. I decided to remove them since they felt sketchy. Simply too much leverage and I could see them bend when I started to put weight on it.Good: It fits my wide door. Few pull up bars do. Feels sturdy enough too me.Bad: Extra smaller side grips felt sketchy. Due to bar placement my grip is either a little narrower or wider than I prefer.I would really give this 3.5 stars if I could. It's main selling point is that it works on wider doors.

It's easy to assemble and great to use.

After installation. It doesn't fit my 40 inch wide door. Its not like what they say. If you have wide door dont buy it

La spedizione ha rispettato i tempi previsti. Nella confezione erano presenti tutte le parti per il montaggio (viti e bulloni, niente chiavi di montaggio). La barra è di ottima fattura. provata su porta da 85 cm con telaio in legno. Regge benissimo (peso 81 kg) e non lascia segni sugli stipiti e sul muro retrostante. L'unico appunto è sulla descrizione dell'oggetto: doveva essere in bundle con una banda elastica per l'ausilio alle trazioni, ma tale banda non era presente nella confezione (difetto irrisorio).

Pessimo. Manuale sbagliato. Pezzi mancanti. Peso massimo utilizzatore dichiarato 130kg da una parte e 90kg dall altra. Vatti a fidare! Confezione made in china che emana cattivi odori.
