Q: What is the difference between navy and navy 2 ?

Should be just a shade or two difference or .. the type of material makes it look different enough that they needed a 1 and 2 to designate which you were looking at. Or buying. Either way, it's just that little bit different.

Q: My family got me this hat for mother’s day. i love it. there is a white elastic loop attached near the velcro size adjustment. what is elastic for?

Hello: Thank you for your purchase. The white elastic loop is used to roll up the hat and cover it for storage.

Q: I havd a huge head size 8 would it fit?

For reference, my hat size is 7-1/2. The hat fits well and feels nice, but it is definitely maxed out on my head. I always have a problem with hats looking too small for my head. In my opinion, this hat is ok but on the small side. Plus, the adjustment strap on back is at it's limit on my head. I might look elsewhere for a hat size 8. Sorry, good luck.
