Excellent Tea to help control Blood pressure(among other health benefits)
Hibiscus tea is known to help with high blood pressure. Purchased it for just that. The one thing about this tea is that it is actually the whole flowers. This is a change from the cut and sifted variety. Less processing means more nutrients in this case. I brew this tea in my teavana 2 cup brewer and it is very strong and has good flavor. Also, the nice thing about loose leaf tea is that you can adapt it to your taste. Hibiscus teas have a bit of a sweet bitterness to it due to the strength. It also brews in a very deep red color. Either way, the flavor is excellent and I will likely purchase this again when I run out of it(if i ever do).

when I read that it was good for keeping blood pressure down
I was raised with hibiscus tea in the cupboard but I was never a big fan. However, when I read that it was good for keeping blood pressure down, I decided to buy some. The bag is big and full of beautiful dried hibiscus flowers. When I brewed them, I realized I needed much less then I expected. I haven't been following my blood pressure much lately but now I drink hibiscus tea every day because of the taste. it's so much fresher and has a bright note. It deserved 5 stars because it's the best hibiscus tea I've every had - by far. PS the seal on the bag broke as the bag is too stiff but as that happens most times with those seals, I don't see it as a big deal. I just wanted to give the makers the info.

Don't buy your tea from anyone else.
Wonderful tea. High quality. I feel safe drinking this tea -- have discovered many very well-known commercial teas are polluted with heavy metals and chemicals. This tea is organic and is now my go-to tea. It helps blood pressure and it is very refreshing with a spot of stevia and a squeeze of lemon or lime. This company is very customer-oriented and really cares about customer satisfaction. They have contacted me more than once to make sure I'm happy with their product. Highly recommended.

Check for mold
While this tea is delicious I was concerned to find (after a few weeks in an airtight container) what appears to be mold. I've picked out what I could. Suffering from high blood pressure, I'm reluctant to discard what I have. It's near impossible to find the Roselle whole flower loose leaf. Most hibiscus teas I've come across are tiny little leaves which I'm not sure carry the full benefit. If I continue to see more mold (I think I've eliminated most pieces), I'll sadly have to discard what's left.

It tastes great and was easy to prepare
I'm in mid 40s and recently noticed that I had hypertension. My BP was around 150/110 around a month ago. I searched online and found out that Hibiscus Tea was no. 1 on reducing BP and bring it back to normal. I've been drinking this for about 2 weeks now. It tastes great and was easy to prepare. I've been measuring my BP since 2 weeks ago and surprisingly, my BP hasn't gone up. But also, it really didn't bring down my BP as quickly as I wanted. My BP today is 140/105 when I measured. I just gotta keep drinking this tea continuously and seek to lower my BP by eating healthy, exercising regularly and by drinking Hibiscus Tea.
