Problems with flushing
The media could not be loaded. I bought your TAXAN Flush Tank for Toilet Flushing Cistern | Cistern Side Handle Regular Flush Tank 10 LTR wall mount Flus Tank (GREEN & PINK) through Amazon on 19 Dec. I installed the same in my bathrooms. Within a week I found that the flush handle doesn't stay down while flushing, and I had to hold it down manually to complete the flush. As it's already installed, I am unable to send it back. Can you suggest a remedy.

Useless product 5th grade quality wastage of money.
Leakage from every where and plastic nob is useless and never work at all. It's total waste of money. Never opt for this 5th grade quality product. We throwed in the dustbin in the 2nd day of use. Hopeless.

The products are of very poor quality. We bought it because of the colour choices but the product is not worth it. After 15 days of usage, the cistern is already malfunctioning.
