I got this just in time to bake 2 of my sourdough loaves. It worked better than expected. Didn't stain when I baked in it. And it looks beautiful! Love the color. If you're baking sourdough, since the pan is not thicker, put some rice under your parchment paper in the bottom and a pan on the rack under. Love the light weight of the pan.

These small pots are great for cooking small portions of rice, beans, etc. It cooks evenly and they are non-stick. Great bargain and add to any kitchen.

The colour is very clean and crisp. It is not heavy. The inside began to look stained.

I cannot lift cast iron as easily as I used to. This pot not only is good to lift and manage but it is also substantial. It cooks my soups and stews as well as my old heavier pots did. I keep sn eye on what I’m cooking and stir often. No problem cleaning either(I use Dawn).

Martha hits another home run. The versatile usage of these little casseroles is wonderful. Size is perfect for single servings...baking artisan breads...and serving hearty winter soups and stews.

I love long, slow roasted chicken, turkey and other roasts. Sadly I had to give away my dutch oven because the cast iron was too heavy for me to handle (neuropathy and arthritis). After reading all the reviews on the different stainless - porcelain clad I was very happy to find this one (used - returned). It will be perfect. If you are wanting to get one of these to use for artisan bread, try place a tbsp or so of uncooked rice under the parchment paper before baking. This will ensure even baking without darker crust. This MS Dutch Oven is just so petty, too.

These are so pleasing to look at. The color is as pictured. We have used these several times as they are perfect for individual portions. They are sturdy and wash up very easily. The lids fit on them great too. I have made wonton soup with bok choy and filled them up. I was able to sauté in them and then add broth and other ingredients. They seem to heat up evenly as well.

Used it today to cook up a pot of chicken stew. Works perfectly on my old model induction stovetop that refuses to heat aluminum pans. This pot is enamel covered steel. Cleaned up easily too. Wish there were matching pans in this line of cookware.
