Cyclerobot Portable DVD Player with 7.8 inch LCD Screen for Travel Car Home

Initially I was very happy with this product as it arrived in good time after I ordered it at the start of September 2013. It looked a little plasticky but I was quite happy with the design and the DVD player at least appeared to function well. The screen was pretty clear and the sound was good. I did not use any other functions. So because I was rather busy at the time, I played no more than two or three DVDs and decided instead to put everything back into the box until I had more time to play around with it. This did not happen until the Christmas holidays, when I was disappointed to discover that although the screen came on, nothing else would would work. To add insult to injury, when I attempted to discuss the options for return, repair or refund, it was assumed that I had somehow damaged the product and I was advised to get the item fixed myself. I could not find UK address to write to so I have just made one final attempt to escalate my concerns before finally giving up in disgust. I may just have been unlucky but I am extremely disappointed at the lack of redress when a product ceases to function for no apparent reason.

The item was packaged well. No problems using it. Been a great asset. I would recommend the company to anyone a nd would definitely use them again

I can accept that for under £40 this portable dvd player will be basic, but i did not expect it to stop working after only 4 mnths of light use. The company who sold it to me, Hotsellnow4, refuses to accept any responsibility and refuses to replace or refund the item after 4 months of use. They keep on telling me to have it fixed myself.Avoid at all costs.

Kids soon wrecked it but very good if looked after.

Have bought 2 in the past 2 weeks, for my father and his friend. Uses them on long football coach journeys and able to watch dvd's and usb film and music. Battery lasts well, and picture quality and sound are good.

After reading earlier reviews I purchased this for my grandson to keep him occupied on long car trips .So far has worked as expected and have had no issue

I bought one for the kids while on the road, just got it yesterday.The build quality is poor but it does what it is supposed to do: plays DVDs without a problem, Divx works as well from USB, it also has some funny looking old ATARI-like games. Works allright on battery too.The display is quite small, I don't think it is 7.8 inch but the kids like it and that is the point...

Bought this item, charged it, dvds dont work, if you want DVD playerDon,t waste your money on this, look some where eles.Having problems getting money back
