Q: Do these need to be cooked?

Hi you can use them as they are. I filled them with cold fillings such as smoked salmon with cream cheese and dill, pate and cranberry sauce, roast beef and horseradish, blue cheese and walnuts etc. It works really well. I also used them warm so filled them with mushrooms and garlic with a little grated cheese, ham and white sauce, mozzarella and tomato.. and then just popped them in the oven for a few minutes. Then serve immediately. I also used them for mini puddings and filled them with strawberries and creme patissiere. Very versatile. Hope this helps
