Barbie and the Three Musketeers [DVD] [2017]

Following THE barbie model we had to replay all of these for the girls.

First watched this with my daughter when she was little and we even had the DVD, but it got wrecked from overuse. She saw it on Prime the other day and felt like watching it again and we loved it just as much as we did back in the day. Lots of positive messages about girls being able to do whatever they want and even the dopey entitled prince got the message in the end.

My daughter loves all the Barbie movies and has them all. However, with this one, the marketing started so early (last year) that I wondered if it would live up to the hype. This is not a girly princess movie, it's more about girl-power and even features the song Unbelievable by EMF so you get the kind of vibe they're aiming for. My daughter still loves it though although I am never going to buy her that £60 electronic cat that sings along with it....

Ordered a second hand version and it was in perfect condition and worked how it should. Wonderful film, fun and enjoyable. Would recommend.
