Perfect for me and my wife
Training for the marathon and this is comfortable and practical. Up to half a marathon with it so far and hardly notice you are wearing it.

A very comfortable hydration belt
Lava Hydration BeltThis is an excellent piece of kit for jogging. This is a well designed wide belt which is comfortable to wear across the hips and on top of the seam of my sports shorts. The water bottle pouches are great and have an elasticated strap to secure the water bottles. I expected the belt to be heavy and bounce with full bottles of water but this was not the case. My Samsung A71 fits into the pouch even with flip cover on. There are a couple of elasticated buckles to hold energy gels which is good. However, the plastic bottles provided with the belt look and feel cheap and are unlikely to be durable. Pulling off the top for a drink would be impossible to do whilst jogging or even walking. Also they would not be easy to clean. So I have replaced them by 2 x 330 Grsta water bottles which are superb and fit perfectly into the bottle pouches. I score the belt at 5* for its design and comfort, but with the replacement Grsta bottles I would, if I could, score the hydration belt as 6*. Good value for money.

Good quality, but difficult to get to sit right, a bit bouncy.
Have had this belt for 2 months now and used it on a number of runs. Initially I really wasn't sure it would work well but decided to give it a go, not least, because I couldn't see much else out there that was better. To give some context to my review, I've had another belt for about 5 or 6 years; it's done well, fits well round my waist (not an elastic belt), and the only reason I decided to replace is that the bottles had started to leak.Looked for a similar belt but can't find, so read a number of online reviews on various sites, found this which had very good reviews.Summary; it's good, but not 4.5-5 star good. The Good:- 2 x 300ml water bottles- bottles are secure with easy access- small key pouch at front- larger phone pouch at front- belt appears well made - elasticated- comes with an expansion clipThe not-so-good- difficult to get belt to sit right owing to the elastic. You have to stretch it a lot to find comfort.- it slides a little too on nylon running tops (old rough cotton less so)- lots of adjusting to get it about right....- I've found it sits ok with one bottle.... BUT- with one bottle and a large phone (have a Huawei P20 Pro) or more, it bounces a lot for the first few minutes until it settles into place- you do find that it eventually settles, but it lacks the comfort and 'secure feel' of my previous belt (where I could carry 2 x 300ml bottles, and even 2 phones if needed (2 phones because occasionally I took my work phone).Seems a good quality belt so far, but be prepared to have to fiddle with it, and even then for it to move a little in the first few minutes of your run.UPDATE: Had it just over a year, perhaps 80-90 runs and it split down one side of the zip compartments. Admittedly a big phone .. but that's what the big pouch is for. Disappointed, as otherwise had got used to it. Now looking for another belt - that can take a big phone and last the pace.

Cant fault it.
I really like this product. My only downside is I feel a bit self conscious while wearing it lol but that’s not worth taking a star off 😂Product is great, too pockets in the front, able to adjust the fit quite well and also easy enough to do while running. It did take me a run or two to figure out the best fit for it, once the water is empty I felt it moving about a bit, but just tightened while running on

Bought as a gift
I bought this as a gift for a friend who is running a marathon this year, she wore it for the first time on a 10 mile run and loved it, she said it was comfortable and held her phone securely and the 2 water bottles on each side were perfect.

Pretty Good
Actual build quality is excellent. Only real issue I have with it is the belt is too elastic so i can only wear the bottles at the front. If i put it at the back, it jumps up and down too much. If the wasteband was a little less elastic that might do the trick. Works fine worn from the front.

Well constructed but too bouncy
Overall it’s a great product, well made and feels more premium than I expected. The downside is that when both bottles are full the whole thing bounces too much.Used it for the Great South run and had to tighten it so much it was almost cutting me in half!Might be fine for someone with a little less belly 😂

Novice runner
I've been running for 6 months, wearing quite cheap socks.I looked into the best ones for street running, these were recommended.Really comfortable, stretchy while still staying tight, and there's some water repellence.
