Brush head was loose on handle. Tapped it tight, but it fell off several times during use. Put tape around the stub on the brush head and it's now brushing well!

I see many reviews complain about the brush slipping away from the dustpan when not in use , this is the case but us not a big deal for me as mine is away in a cupboard when not in use, as I don’t like mine on display for all to see.The colours are of Matt look I have a red and a green set.My first was bought from Tk max and was £7.99 so for £5.35 this set is a complete bargain.The brush itself is why I bought this set mostly as I do not like a springy bristle that catapults the dirt everywhere like many cheap ones do.So the brush not sitting in the dustpan out weighs itself for me as this is such a well made set and being made from recycled plastic I guess makes it a better buy.I should pick up more plastic bottles that people litter our countryside with and make a set.

The brush and pan look slightly different from the pictures. They are plain beige and dont have the darker spots. It is a nice sturdy looking brush therefore I am not too upset about the different colour design even though I would have preferred to get the brush I initially bought.There are 2 reasons the item lost 1 star. The item came in a plastic bag and that is something I didn't expect buying a product that is made from recycled plastic and supports the planet. The second is that the brush doesn't stay in the dustpan. The design of the grip is barely existing and the dustpan looks slightly more flimsy than the brush.

The quality of the plastic far outweighs the vast majority of dust pans you usually see and I can see it will last me many years. Being made from recycled materials is a huge bonus!The brush is very fine and it sweeps hard floors amazingly well, not leaving anything behind and beating any other brush I've used on hard floors. The only downside is the bristles are a little soft for carpet sweeping. I sometimes like to give my stairs a quick sweep off before people arrive but ideally require a harder brush than this. If the bristles were harder they would likely not work so well on hard floors.All round, a great set that I'd buy again and recommend.

I loved the colour and look of the dustpan and brush but the first time I washed it I gave the brush a shake and the end flew off leaving me holding the handle. I cannot understand why they have made it this way. Especially as there is a plastic washer to join the handle to the brush.

Gets an extra star for the claimed eco credentials. It's nowhere near the quality of the metal one we have.

It's a dust pan and brush. On the plus side, pick up of the floor is excellent with nothing left behind. I've marked it down because the brush does not click sturdily into place on the pan as advertised.
