I finally invested in one these more expensive but high quality cutting boards. I am glad I did. Way more superior to those thin flimsy boards you get from box stores. I love the end grain look and it's strength. I bought some all natural oil and wax for it. Put a coat of oil on overnight then a coat of wax the next day and it shines beautifully. It comes with adhesive rubber feet to really let it stay in place on your counter. I've cut various meats, cheeses and lots of veggies on it. Care is easy. Wash with warm water and light amount of detergent, rinse off, dry and put a light coat of oil on overnight and a light coat of wax next day. Hate to even cut on it looks so nice.

I am not a professional butcher, always used the oil thing on it as instructed, I do not actually do this commonly, I was used very mild force, very young animal butchered so soft bones and it was the third time only I use it when it broke into pieces like this. But even from day 1 using it superficial cracks clearly evident with just the very first butcher. Bad quality. that is ONLY FOR SALAD AND FRUITS and MAY BE CUT some meat even for that the knife will leave big cracks and scratches on it. I want a refund because it was expensive and no quality at all. Sorry but that is the truth.

I like how it has legs on it. It's the only cutting board that I could find like that. I was expecting it to be juat wood but it actually has a laminate on it which I didn't like at first. I realized that it made cleaning it up a lot easier to now I do like it. It's a little bit on the small side.

This butcher block is really well made and looks great on a counter top.

My husband loves to cook. I bought this for him for Father's Day. He absolutely LOVES it. It is sturdy, solid, and the little feet on the bottom of it keeps the board in place.It was delivered on time like it was promised and was perfect in every aspect. It is definitely worth the price!

This is beautiful. I got it for my cousin and decided to keep it! It is large but not too heavy and easy to wash.

I liked the groove that it had going all the way around so that if you cut something juicy it won’t leak onto table or floor like the old butcher block did. It’s heavy thick and I’m very pleased with purchase
