It only took a few tries to dial in the settings I needed to etch my first item on a XTool P2 CO2 laser. By inserting the bottom edge into a vise and applying some heat with a heat gun I was able to bend the bottom to make a free-standing sign for the song catalog at a local karaoke show. The picture shows my sign. Note that I should be able to get better bends with some additional practice.I had to turn the air assist down to its lowest setting to reduce the amount of dust created by the etching process, and then rubbed the finished piece with melamine foam (a.k.a. Mr. Clean Magic Erasers) to clean out the etched areas.My order arrived within the promised delivery window and I will definitely be using them again.

Very pleased with the way the engraving exposed the lower white layer using my laser engraver. I was a little dismayed (I'm fairly new to this laser engraving stuff) when I discovered my type of engraver won't cut through white acrylic. I engraved 31 electrical name plates and then had to cut them out using a scroll saw. Live and learn as they say.

the material looks good and worked for some of my projects however, it's not tolerant to high heat, test runs should be made to set the right parameters for your laser. Another thing to keep in mind is that the material is not rigid, it bends a little, which is good for some applications but not for others. Overall I'm very please with Trotec products.

The media could not be loaded.  I've tried the 1/16 and 1/8 and they cut really nicely, the engraving looks really good also. I've just ordered the black and gold looking forward to great results. I'll keep on buying this product, really happy with it.

The two outside layers (red) will give way to the white interior layer for a two color finish. The layers look durable, even the outside layers are very thin (0.003”).There was a slight problem with 2 sheets being undersized, but I texted the company through Amazon and they shipped out replacement pieces right away. Excellent customer service response.

We use and x tools D1Pro. When engraved, the white engraving shows up really well. Doesn't have burn marks when engraved. Some of the square we received were scratched and chipped. I didn't have time to deal with sending them back.
