Soft material but good for dress shoes, boots casual boots
These are in fact stated size but are very soft so not good for cowboy boots but would be good for use on other shoes and I decided to keep for use on my wifes dress shoes and a pair of dress shoes I have but again NOT good for cowboy boots I wear or I would wear them out in no time.

Work great for boot heels
A bit harder to cut than I thought, but I have worn my boots several times and these worked perfectly. Used an Exacto knife to trim to fit.

Heels
They were what said to be. I do not know if it was the heels or the glue because they did not stay on the first frame. Lost slide leg heel on first ball and the other foot on the second ball.

Heels are difficult to use due to being very stiff.
I found these heels difficult to use. The problem is that the replacement rubber heels are rather stiff, and don't conform well to boot heels that are worn to the point of being no longer flat. I used contact cement and woodworking clamps to attach the heels, but was not able to close all the gaps between the original boot heels and the add-on replacement heels. I resorted to using Loctite shoe glue to fill the gaps around the edges where the new heels attached to the existing (worn and leaking) boot heels. You might have an easier time using these heels if the heels to which you are attaching them are perfectly flat.
