I have very flat feet. I work nights as a bartender. Even with the best shoes, my feet throb after nights in a row. This matt is a great way to release tension and work out knots. It’s painful, but start with a towel over it or thin slippers and work your way into walking over it barefoot. It’s effective. Worth it.
