Worked out perfectly.
These were great. They were used for panna cotta. With a very small amount of oil spray and the dessert slipped right out. They were a great size and quite sturdy, they worked out perfectly. I may buy another 6, because I can think of a few different uses for them.

Great size, but not non-stick
Size is great, but not non-stick. At least my tart shell sticked to it and took me a while to get it out and still some shell left inside.

Nice to use for popovers for two (4 cups) or a full batch (6 cups). Cook evenly and easy to handle. I recommend a light touch of cooking spray so popovers come out easiky.
