Great book! I'm sure it would work if I just had the time to stick to it ALL the time!😣 Me and my sis are trying it but since she is so much more of a saint when it comes to sticking to a diet she is getting more help from it than me.😀 It really helped with her low blood sugar issues too!!

1) Everything I read here is so basic. I did not learn one new thing in this book.It is geared towards someone who has NO knowledge about nutrition. Might be good for a true beginner.2) I think Mr.Silva would have done well to have had someone edit his book before publishing it.There are many errors both grammatical and in language use. If English is his second language, this can probably be excused.

Very helpful with my Hernia issue. Am already putting in place the info I gathered from this book. The most important part is it does seem to be helping to cut down the frequency of major upsets caused from the hernia.

For some reason I followed the book to the tee; and it did not help me at all. Not saying the book is bad just did not help me with my situation.

He contradicts himslef in the advice given, and after following his advice, I was left feeling bloated. I dont recommend.

Diagnosed with a hiatus hernia, I was looking for clear guidance, advice and possibly recipes. Badly written, repetitive, grammatical and spelling errors. Food references tend to be American. Very poor value for the money. I expected a book, this is hardly thicker than a magazine! Very expensive for what it is.

Am finding out as much as I can to try and help this condition. Keep referring to information in the book

Although difficult to understand at first tried this and found it worked for me. Need to read it a couple of times to get it right.
