Perfect fit and function
I had purchased a Slime inflator for my Jeep Wrangler. I aired down my tires on my off road adventure but the first time I tried to use the inflator to air back up, I broke the plastic air chuck. It was my fault but the plastic chuck was cheep. I still didn't feel comfortable claiming a warranty. This all metal lock-on Air Chuck was a perfect replacement for a cheep chuck and it's even an upgrade and now I have a spare. Well worth the small price.

Good quality air pump connectors
Work good. Bought as backup to my extender line which had the same connector but more cheaply made.

Well made air chucks that saved 2 Black and Decker Air Stations
I replaced the air chucks on two Black and Decker Air Stations. The first was the old black model and the second was the newer orange model that will turn off when the desired pressure is reached. These air chucks are well made and made both of these Black and Decker Air Stations like new. The chucks hold to the tire stem well and do not pop off when trying to inflate something at a higher pressure. There was also no leakage around the chuck while using. They were simple to install. I used a PVC pipe cutter to remove the old chucks. Then you place the hose clamp on the hose. Then insert the new air chuck. It does require some effort to insert the chuck. I wrapped several turns of electrical tape on the hose before moving the hose clamp on the hose near the air chuck. I tightened the hose clamp with a nut driver. It is under a five minute job to complete.

Old Workhorse Black & Decker 9527 lives again!
The air chuck on our 20+ year old Black & Decker air station was so worn that it wouldn't lock down. We had almost resigned ourselves to having to replace the entire hose with one of the much shorter, plastic chuck replacements that are offered now when we came across this product. Super easy to install. I simply cut the old chuck off as close to the end as I could, soaked the cut end in hot water for a few minutes (this really helps, especially with older hoses), slid the new chuck on and tightened the clamp. Worked perfectly! Two things you need to watch out for. Other reviewers are correct about the clamp. It's a total pain in the butt. Be sure that it will tighten before you slide it onto the hose and install the chuck. My first one was a dud. Second, be sure that the clamp screw is on the side and not underneath the chuck leaver. This clamp is absolutely my only complaint with this product. It appears to be sturdy, there is a spare if it ever proves not to be and our old faithful Black & Decker lives on.

Easy Replacement, Works Great, Sturdy
Used to replaced a defective air nozzle of a Slime Digital Rugged Tire Inflator 40047. The replacement nozzle functions better than the Slime original. The replacement was easy using a good scissors and a screwdriver. Functioned great on first use and seems to be well made. TIP - Position the clamp's screw away from the nozzle's pressure release valve so that there is no interference.

Great Valves. These Are The Best. Been Using For Years
I have a variety of home-made tire inflators, both for home use as well as some small CO2 ones stored in the gear bags of my two motorcycles. Pictured is a tire inflator I built using the pump and motor from a rechargeable Campbell/Hausfeld inflator after the battery completely died. Wired the motor with an AC/DC power converter so I could run it off a wall outlet and used a small 30 cal ammo can as the housing (bought the power converter, pressure gauge, and valve chuck on Amazon). Like the title says, I've been using these valves for years. I used another brand for a few years before that (ones with oval shaped heads on the levers), but I needed more and decided to try a different brand, so I bought these. The other brand with oval heads leaked, but these don't leak. And as a result, because they don't leak and form an air-tight seal on the tire valves, when I lift the lever after inflating a tire the valve actually pops off on it's own, I don't have to yank on it to pull it off releasing air from the tire in the process. Another small benefit of these over the oval shaped head ones is the flat-topped lever is a lot more comfortable when pressing the lever down than the oval shaped. I used to cut and grind the oval heads flat, but no need with these valves. I liked these so much I bought several to replace all of the other ones I was using, and to have extras on hand. I threw away the ones with oval heads. Great valves, high quality, been using them regularly for several years (multiple times a week). I highly recommend them.

My Ancient B&D Air Station Lives Again
I love my old 120VAc powered Black and Decker Air Station. It has serious power to inflate as compared to inflators that plug into your cigarette lighter. Unfortunately over the years the chuck that connects to the tire valve wore out. I have been looking for a replacement and finally found this, It installed easily on my old hose and works great.

Good Quality
Product was useful with 2 devices and clamps. Inserting the nozzle with the existing tubing was difficult. Could not get a great fit but it did finally work
