the service from this seller is exceptional with a quick delivery. the punch bag is very sturdy and a good weight for such a little cost.the chains and mits are good but l can advise the use of hand wraps under the mits to avoid damage to nuckles.the fixings supplied are fine for screwing into wood as l did but the bracket flexes a lot when bag is hit really hard.all in all this set is fantastic value for money.l am 18 stone and the bag is taking hard hits no problem just think l need a stronger bracket for me but fine for most people.the seller gives great communication regarding delivery and all info required.you will not find better for such little money so go on treat your self and get fit.cheers

This is a very heavy duty bag and not a toy. I have not given it much stick yet as it needs to be on a wall outdoors or in a proper gym, however the bag appears to be be very strong and well made. The only concern I have is about the wall mounted bracket as it does not appear to be as strong as the bag. Time will tell. That said its a great bag!

Although the bag is well made and looks like it could take a few punches. The biggest problem is it only weighs 21-22kg at best not even half the weight advertised. And the braket and gloves a cheap looking so I'm not sure how they would hold up. Do not buy this if you are looking for a heavy bag. I am returning to the seller and getting a refund.

Rather disappointed with this product. They claim it weighs between 40 and 45 kg approx. Not likely! I weighed it after thinking it was a little light, only 30kg. I understand you get what you pay for, but the parts are really quite cheap. Let's see how long it lasts!

Arrived on time felt heavy enough and strong built. I wasted my time drilling my garage wall to find out fittings for the bracket was not strong enough to support the weak metal frame and long session on the bag. Mine is tied up with climbing rope right up the wooden beam which keeps the bag with less swings. I have no idea about the fillings but it has definitely given up on me. All the weight have gone to the bottom of the bag and needed to be refilled or re-adjusted. Overall I would recommend 4ft one over 5ft.

Got this for my husband, was quite hard to install as we couldnt find a ceiling strong enough, but managed to install it in the garage, he uses it all the time now and it is really sturdy! Needs two men to install though! Great product at great price x

Arrived 15 hours after I ordered and delivery was FREE! The bag is brilliant. Do need to buy a separate bracket but I'm still over the moon with this purchase. I was was looking hard to find a bag solid and heavy enough for my needs. This is it! Wont find a better bag outside a professional gym, not anywhere near this price anyway. Thanks.
