The brighter the light it is exposed to, the brighter and longer it will glow. A bright light bulb, sunlight, laser, strobes, or a well-lit area, will charge the ink. Try exposing your item to any one of these light sources for 30-60 seconds, then take it to a dark place to see the glow effect. For a SUPER GLOW, expose the ink to a UV or blacklight. You will notice the colors will fluoresce. Try taking the item into a room with no light on and you will see how bright it glows, in some cases for an hour or more. Usually at music festivals, clubs, and raves there are all sorts of UV lighting, blacklights, and strobes that are constantly charging the inks so you will notice the designs come to life!
