Works great. Easy enough to use for the type of product it is. Being that it’s a super sticky adhesive, is obviously not going to be a total breeze to put on but it’s not excessively difficult.It does however pull off paint and stain very easily. So if it touches the surface even a little and you pull it off to adjust while putting it on, you will remove paint or stain. Be sure it’s in the right spot before letting it touch the surface. You’ll also want to smooth it as you stick to remove bubbles.I like that you can easily cut it to fit any space. It’s not hard plastic but it’s not thin enough for my large dogs nails to slice through.

After touching up my doors where my dogs had scratched, I applied the Protecto sheets. They were quite easy to apply and hopefully will protect the doors from my little troublemakers. I cannot say at this point how they will endure but I will do a further review as time goes on. So, for now all I can say is that they were reasonably priced, arrived on time and were easy to apply. So far so good!

Protector that actually works!

I ordered 2 boxes to be able to cover the whole area of concern for my dog scratches at the main door of my apartment if someone is in the hallway. Worked well for a week until the hallway was being cleaned by the management company. So this did NOT pass the scratch test. Then it removed paint as I removed the damaged piece. This was a total waste of money and now what do I do?

I have a 2 month old puppy that likes to gnaw on just about anything (except for the toys we buy him!). He goes gnaw-crazy on the corners of our walls, so I purchased this product hoping it would help. I figured, if it's good enough for constant claw scratching - it's got to be decent for a tiny teething/gnawing puppy, right? Super wrong.This thing lasted maybe 2 hours tops before our 15 lb puppy chewed right through it with ease. Worst part is, the plastic tears easily into little pieces that we had to stop our puppy from swallowing.Since we didn't want our puppy swallowing plastic, we decided to take it off our wall. It peeled off a lot of paint with it. So just be prepared for that when/if you're done using it.Installing it was fairly easy though! And it did stick to the wall with no problem.

I put these everywhere in our basement. They stick great and keep our doorways safe.

I have purchased these for each of my main doors and have prevented scratch marks from our large dog. You can clearly see the scratch marks around the mat, but the door is not effected where the mat is placed. It was easy to install, similar to a giant sticker but much thicker. Good quality, doesn’t need to be replaced.

My dogs claws were digging up wall. This stopped that.
