Tyler Florence 8-Piece Steel Clad Cookware Set

I bought these pans with the expectation that was promised. Wrong. These pains stained after the first use. They look terrible. I even emailed the TF web site and got no response! Do not waste your money. I am SO completely disappointed. I saved for months to buy these. What a joke!

While the design is aesthetically pleasing, I've had some difficulty with items sticking. Today I cooked perogies in the pan, and ended up having to throw out the whole batch because they stuck to the bottom and burned. I would not recommend purchasing these pans.

This really is a great set of cookwear. Each pan evenly distributes the heat for much easier cooking. You'll also save cooking time. The great thing for me was the small lid fits the small saute pan and the small sauce pan. And the large fits both the large frying pan as well as the large sauce pan. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a 5 star is the price. If you can find it on sale, don't hesitate.

The difficulty in cleaning stuck on food from this cookware is unbelievable. The finish has all but disappeared after one month of regular use. Was using a 120 dollar Wal-Mart set previously, will be going back to that set from now on. THIS SET IS A TERRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY

I'm a new owner of the 8 inch frypan. I love the design and the feel of this pan. The finish is beautiful and the design handy. Beats the pants off of my old Martha Stewart heavy Stainless set. I am very tempted to throw the (good condition) old set out and buy this set. The price of the set seems a bargain.Something about the curve of the handle is esthetically very pleasing visually and the physical feel of the pan makes it a delight to use. I always hand wash so dishwashing is not an issue. I don't mind the handwashing at all as stainless is not difficult to keep clean and takes no time at all.
