Is good for my low carbs diet. I use it for chicken or duck thighs before to stick them in the oven. I make a batter with this flour and eggs, stick the thighs in the batter and put them in the oven for 60 mins. Nice and crispy

I like the product but hard to find receipts to use it that’s my only complaint, but it’s a lot easier than cooking crackling yourself

On a Keto diet and recipes call for crushed bacon rinds to make a crispy chicken coating. Have previously bought American bacon rinds which work well, but when supplier ran out of stock I found these on Amazon. The product comes from Spain and has no ingredient label etc on it, but I know from product description that there are a couple of E numbers involved.... that aside, this works brilliantly and without the mess of grinding pork rinds in a food processor! I’m going to ignore the E numbers , as I only use for 1 meal every couple of weeks. The ‘E’s are not MSG by the way. It’s rather expensive, but I really like this product. Would work well on any meat/fish for that extra difference. Does not pop up very much, which suits my cooking

Great product for something a little different. I am a chef so love using this. Try with a few breadcrumb to make onion rings. You won't be disappointed.

This Air Bag Farina is amazing the way it crisps up and it tastes absolutely fantastic. An absolute must for a dinner party combined with Squid rings.

I used it in a Glynn Purnell recipe for deep fried squid, all good.Now have 500g spare ;;)
