I have purchased it a few weeks ago and would like to say that it does a real magic!I do have issues with my lower back due to sitting job and my chiropractic advise to try to use a Lumbar Roll while sitting at work.Just researched online and found this one. When arrived, decided it is too big for me and asked a seller to exchange for 4". It was done without any issues very quickly, so using 4" one at the moment. I had to get used to it during the first week or so, but now I can not imagine not to have it.It supports my back in the way that there is no back pain in the end of the day as well my back is always straight.Moreover there is no pressure in neck! The only thing I regret I did not know about lumbar rolls before!I would love to recommend this product and seller!I only leave positive feedback and reviews when the product meets my expectations. Bought a new car, which ticked all the boxes regarding what I could afford and environmental impact. The one thing I wasn't happy with after a week of driving was the seat in my Toyota Aygo. I know, that's a pretty big deal really. However, this lumbar roll solved the problem cheaply and absolutely perfectly for me. The strapping keeps it attached to the seat without being too conspicuous, luckily my seats are black which helps. Yes, the roll does drop down to the base of the seat when I get out, but it's really easy to position perfectly in the small of my back with one hand when I get back in. Most importantly though, it's comfortable. I suffer somewhat from lower back pain as it is, and this lumbar roll means I can drive pretty much any distance without back pain hitting me. I did opt for the 'heavy density' version, and I'm glad I did as it provides a good amount of support rather than some others I have seen which are about as much use as a worn out floppy cushion from the get go. In summary then, a happy bunny. Worth paying a little more to get a good product usually works as a buying mantra for me, and certainly paid off in this case.

As I am 5'2" I find that the backrest is too far from the front of most chairs. I like to have my feet firmly on the ground and feel that I am not lounging whilst sitting in front of my desk. With the assistance of this lumbar roll, I am now able to sit appropriately. It is also easy to move from one position to the next. I like to move it up and down depending where it feels the best at the time. It stays in place, is light should you need to take it with you, and appears durable. My only wish is that it would come in lighter colours, e.g. cream, as well.

Love this i still have it 2 years later helped my lower back. I watched some youtube videos and helped me relieve the pain.

This is quite a subjective thing to review, but in my experience this cushion didn't provide good lumbar support and so I have to use something else for my bad back.

Glasses feel really well made and fit very well. Already feeling the benefits from the blue light blocking with less eye strain felt and less headaches. Would recommend for sure. Love the pouch they come in.
