Works for army smoke grenades.... barely.
I bought one for military smoke grenades. I realized I was rolling the dice some because of the sizing was slightly off. But they fit quite snuggly in the pouch. Just needs some stretching.

I bought this to hold Enola Gaye EG18 Smoke Granades, but they are too big and do not fit.

Won't fit Police frag or flash bang
Item is more like an ammo clip holder and won't fit any regular police frag or flash-bang, In fact, it won't fit my child's play toy flash-bang LOL

Nice product
They fit our mini bangs at the sheriffs office. Haven’t tried full size. I think they’ll do just fine but keep in mind they are a bit bulky with the clips on the front. I actually wear mine on my belt.
