ROLL Recovery R3 (Rose Red) - Orthopedic Foot & Plantar Fascia Massage Roller

So I have a bunch of massage balls that I used to use for feet, I got the other roll recovery products and thought I may as well try this. It’s great!!! It really gets into the arch of the foot and the sides! You want the wider side on the outside of the foot you’re using it on. It helps with plantar fasciitis too, sometimes from running it flares up but if I use this on the arch and as close to the heel as I can get it’s a lot of relief.

This thing is Awesome! Gets every part of the bottom of your feet! Arches heel and toes! Feel the relief it will give your aching dogs!

Best foot roller I’ve bought! I have used a racquetball, a few Amazon-find foot rollers, and now this one. I saw this at a running store and really liked it. The different angles on either side allow you to get different parts of your foot rolled out. It is aggressive but not overly aggressive. It’s compact. Highly recommend

I purchased this because I was in a lot of pain. And, although it’s well-made, and easy to use….I found a tennis ball can and does provide the same therapy… it’s way cheaper.

I am on my feet most of the day working with patients. I recently began having heel/foot pain and realized it was plantar fascia. I had no idea which foot roller to order, but decided on Roll Recovery R3 Orthopedic Foot Roller in Rose Red. I thought the red would be a good idea since it would be easy to see, making it less likely to be a tripping hazard. The roller is used on the floor. Unfortunately, the red one shows any dirt. I will request to return on the Rose Red to be replaced with the Onyx Black. The roller is a great weight and quality, it's easy to clean, and does not roll away when trying to use it. I began feeling relief in less than a week. Initially, it was a painful process, but worth it. You will be happy with this product, but you may want to order the Onyx Black.

I love this roller. Not just for my feet but also legs and arms.

Well-designed, Quality foot roller compared to the many types of toller availsble, this-one felt better effective compared yo the rest foot rollers i have tried, the secret is the arch of foot contour to fit like a glove agsinst the foot roller tool with foot base room to pivot against this tool, yhis model:- brand offered this in the design unlike other the middle of the roller is too glat and not evelated agsinst the srch of foot to ease the pain, tried to look-up this product agsin on Amazon catalog but couldnt find it AGAIN AFTER MAKING MY PURCHASE, i would recommend this foot rollerr over the other ones as this DOES reduce your nagging pain
