Fresh, good taste, rolled oats so it take ls little bit more time to cook, fibre content, protein, good for health, instant oats take 5min to cook but thz takes least 10 to 15 mins to cook

It is good for replacement of breakfast. Since more than one and half years this is my breakfast I like this very much because it is very light .

It tastes pretty delicious. I usually use it in overnight oats as well as pancakes and they turn out to be pretty tasty. They are slightly on the sweeter side, which I'm personally not a fan of, but it's still great
