Well I guess I just have a smaller changing table. This thing was very very long. (I blame myself for not measuring my changing table and reading how long this changing pad was). So me being me I HATE returning items so I cut it to fit my changing table. Yes I cut my changing pad. I sewed it back up when I was done and threw a cover on it. While I was cutting it I got a glimpse of the material. The bottom that feels hard is cardboard inside. And the rest is filled with thick cotton stuffing. Sort of like the stuffing inside of a stuffed animal, but thicker. The stuffing was hot glued to the Cardboard. It’s definitely cheaply made but it does work. If I didn’t have to cut it to size and never saw the inside, I’d assume it would have been made with nicer material. It feels like an okay changing mattress. It does it’s job. And the fabric IS water proof. It’s sort of plasticy and no liquid can seep through. It does it’s job.

I wanted something more substantial that a diaper changing pad and this fit the bill. The curved sides and belt make me feel secure setting the little one down. It easily fit a cute changing pad cover over top as it is a standard size. The only thing I would change about this product is to have a gripping bottom surface (kind of like socks that have the sticky dots on the bottom). The table I have this on does not have sides so it does tend to slip when I bump it - I would like to point out that I have not found this to be an issue when the baby is in it. It moves a lot less when it is weighed down.

This is a great changing pad for the price. I obviously use it to change my son but I also use it to sneak in some tummy time. My son hates tummy time but will actually spend a few minutes on this. It may be because he is much higher and can see more as opposed to when he is on the floor. The padding is just right, the lifted edges are great and it is also easy to clean. I keep a cover on it at all times but messes still get through every now and then.The seems of mine are a bit crooked but when I place a fabric cover over it I can’t tell so it’s fine.

I purchased this for my daughter due in February, so I cannot comment on its use yet. This is my 4th kid so I do have some experience in Changing pads. This one is contoured nicely. It is soft yet firm. It fits on my changing table perfectly. It seems to be easy to wipe down. I saw after reading reviews that other purchasers said that pee and poo would get stuck in the holes if it leaked through. I could see how this would happen as the pad is not a solid surface. Me personally I also use a cloth changing pad in between my pad and pad cover for added protection, so I don't see how this will be an issue for me. Price point was perfect considering the pads sold in my local stores are cost much more than this one. I am happy with my purchase.

We've had two off these the first lasted two years. With baby number two ariving we wanted to replace it. This one is nice cause its a little shorter then a lot of them and thus fits well on our Ikea changing table.

Just received this and I love it. It’s soft and comfortable yet seems sturdy enough to hold baby in place. I had thought that I would definitely need a change pad cover, but now that I see it in person I think it looks great as is! There were some reviews debating whether or not this is actually slip proof underneath. I was worried it would slip right off of my changing table, but there are actually little rubber dots on the underside of the change pad that make it stay put really well! I’ve tried pushing it off my changing table and it doesn’t budge. I’m very pleased with my purchase and can’t wait to see how it does with the waterproof aspect as well as staining. I will update my review once baby is here and I’m using it.
