Large enough to double up on a recipe, but light enough to handle easily for cleaning afterwards.
I cook all the time and am a fanatic about making homemade soup, stews, sauces, and broths (in other words, food that must simmer for awhile on the stove). The 7-quart Concord pot is ideal as it holds a lot and you can make double the amount and then freeze some to enjoy later on a busy day. The non-stick surface makes it even easier to use for cooking and for clean up. I have set aside my large stainless steel pot and favor this dream pot going forward, and I’ve only used it once. I cannot imagine anyone not loving it right from the start.

Concord Granite Nonstick 7-Quart Cookware
The first thing that stands out is the generous capacity. The 7-quart size is well suited for soups, stews, pasta, chili, and batch cooking without worrying about spills or overcrowding. It feels sturdy and well-constructed, with a solid weight that sits securely on the stovetop. Heating has been even in my use, with no obvious hot spots, which is especially important when cooking larger quantities. The granite-style nonstick coating performs very well—food releases easily, even with minimal oil, and cleanup has been quick and straightforward. Sauces and thicker foods did not stick or scorch during cooking. The interior surface still looks good after multiple uses, and I’ve had no issues with staining or discoloration so far. I’ve been using non-metal utensils, and the coating appears durable. The handles feel secure and comfortable, making it easier to move the pan when full. Overall, this is a practical, high-capacity nonstick option that works well for family-sized meals or meal prep. It combines ease of use, simple cleanup, and solid performance, making it a useful addition to a kitchen that regularly cooks larger portions.

My favorite pot.
Over the last several months, this has become my favorite pot. The 7 Quart vs the 8 quart I use to have is a much better size for me. I am very happy with the quality and it is very easy to clean. I have NOT had any burning issues like others have mentioned.
