Beautiful sound that carries
Tricky to learn to use but makes a beautiful tone when you figure it out

Probably the best out there.
As a sheepdog trialist for over 30 years who has tried whistles from plastic to aluminum to brass and steel, this whistle is the best value there is. The tone is sharp and the pitch fairly high. Quality is second to none with a high finish and well machined brass. Heavier than some materials but that's fine with me.

Klar, es gibt ähnliches für erheblich weniger Geld, z.B. von der Firma Acme, die sind auch gut, aber wenn man auch mit wenig Übung klare Töne haben will führt an der Logan kein weg vorbei.

It works!
It works as expected and easier to use than a cheaper brand I’d tried. It’s working great, I just have to knock off the rust I have in using them of over 20 years. My Border Collie is responding to and learning with it quickly and great. Our Jack Russell Chihuahua cross is strangely perplexed and intrigued by it; wondering if a BC might have snuck into her genes many years ago. Almost seems like she wants to work sheep if this whistle is involved! :)
