Works great even with head rests and USB ports. 1 Month usuage +
I was skeptical to buy after reading some reviewsBecause of USB ports and separate buttons for the headrest not being compatible and draining the battery. So far, I have been using it every day for 2 weeks and it still shows 4 out of 4 bars of power. When I got it, I charged it overnight and it's been good ever since. Great value if the battery keeps holding up. As is now I should get a month of use between charges. I don't plug anything into the USB ports as I'm sure it would drain the battery.Setup was easy, no instructions included but you can't plug it in the wrong way the connectors won't fit.edit: its 9/11/2020 - Its been almost a month since I purchased and the battery is still shows fully chargedafter using it daily for almost a month. Definitely got my money's worthUpdate - 10/31/20 - Its now been almost 3 months of daily use and I still have not charged this thing.I have been thinking of buying some more and building my own electric cars with them. I don't knowhow people said this thing only lasts a week. I'm pretty sure there's some kind of miniature nuclear reactor in there.

Seamless
This works perfectly, just don’t try to use the USB charger if your furniture has one. Depletes the battery quickly.

Expensive Battery but horrible product and does not work.
Purchased this item for my new electric recliner in order to avoid having cords everywhere. The technician came out from the store to install it on the recliner. It charged for 24 hours and when we went to use the recliner, nothing happened. The battery still had 1 blue light. I wish I had seen the message on Amazon, "Frequently Returned". Now I have to order another battery. This battery cost me $75 which proves that because it costs more, it's better. Do not purchase this battery.

Great Battery Life
I have two Flexsteel power recliners and a power sofa. After reading numerous reviews on this battery and it's competitors, I bought one to try out. I was concerned with the various comments about battery life. Although it has less storage capacity than others (2200 versus 2500mAh), I felt LAVOLTA was a more established company and I liked the feature of the four charging lights to check performance. As far as out of the box: The instructions, connectors, charger and the battery itself appear to be good quality. The battery was charged about 25% when I received it, and it took about two hours to fully charge. As advertised, if your chair has the common power recliner connectors, this battery will fit and function.Good News: I installed it in the chair that gets normal daily use. (Cycled up and down several times a day, periodic adjustment to the foot and head rest). After two weeks of normal use, I could tell this was a good choice so I bought two more for the other chair and sofa.Better News: After 7 weeks, I kept waiting for the chair to show some evidence of battery failure. I finally pulled it and connected it to the charger. Two of the four lights were solid suggesting 50% of the battery still remained. Again, this is including moderate daily use. I think the main point is that after 7 weeks, the battery didn't fade more than 50%, even on it's own.The Bad News: As far as USB ports, neither of my recliners have that feature. My sofa does, but there is an "on/off" button. I assumed, that if I didn't have anything plugged in to the USB port, it wouldn't matter. I was incorrect!! I checked the sofa about a week after installing the battery and it was dead as a doornail. I recharged the battery and turned the USB ports off. Problem solved. If your furniture has USB ports without a defeat button, I can not tell you how it will function, regardless of whether anything is plugged in or not.The only other minor complaint is that the power cords that came with my furniture have right angle connectors because the socket is facing out at the back (For a flush fit). The connector on this battery is straight so the connector sticks out a bit. It's not a deal breaker, but something to consider depending on your application.Overall: Although $90 a chair, I'm very satisfied with the performance of this battery. Especially since I now know I won't have to charge/maintain them often enough to matter.

Works, but needs better instructions
The instructions that came with the battery pack were minimal, at best. They did not say what the low battery warning was, nor whether or not the battery could be continuously connected to the power supply so as to be a back-up battery in case of power outage rather than being used as the primary power source, which was the original reason for purchasing the battery, nor exactly how to connect the battery to the power source for the initial charging, etc. The instructions with the battery said it would take 10 hours for a first charge, the website says 6 hours, and no where does it say how you know you have a full charge. There were lots of warnings about what not to do, very few explanations about what to do. To date, the battery seems to be working okay, but I'm still not certain about how it will work long term.

Hopefully works longer than mine did.
I ordered two of these battery packs. One works fine, while the other quit working after approx. one month. Plan on sending it back.

This battery doesn't hold its charge well
I purchased this because the reviews were very good. I needed a battery that would hold up for someone who is disabled in our family and needs to be able to get up and down quite often during the day. The battery didn't last longer than a week. I see on one site that you can leave it plugged in to the wall and the battery will work. There's no support for the company where you can contact someone to find out more information. That's the biggest issue for me. I've also tried to charge it full and put it up in case our electricity goes out (which is does frequently), but it failed to work when I needed it.

Long-lasting cordless operation
My reclining sofa sits in the center of the room and my house is old enough that it does not have outlets in the floors. So...it was either drape a cord across a walkway or purchase a cordless power supply. This power supply is a great option. It took a couple of hours to charge initially and held a charge for several weeks before I had to recharge it (mostly one person using it daily). It connects easily and tucks under the sofa when not being charged. I would definitely recommend.
