Disappointed with this item. I have used this about 6 times since receiving it and already the sound has completely gone from one ear bud. It was on my second time using it that the sound started to come and go and I would say on the fourth time that’s when it completely lost the sound. It’s very distracting having the music come and go but more so disappointing that I now have to buy a new one. The style of the band is not comfortable at all, sitting around the back of the neck, again distracting when swimming, especially when doing breast stroke. Would not recommend buying this item.

This worked well for two months, then stopped.It was better for music than audiobooks, as it restarted from the beginning of the book each time and I had to scroll through chapters to find my place. (It’s not possible to pick up in the middle of a chapter as far as I could tell)I have contacted the seller for a refund.

Terrible product - one headset broke so they sent a new one. After that the mp3 player broke. Offered to replace but I couldn't get to a post office to return as work opening hours for the post office making it very difficult. Only later 1month. Even if they had replaced it I had so many problems in the short time owning it. It is now in the bin.

Fantastic piece of kit, works great in water as described, no loss of sound, great surround sound, earphones that work in water well who would have thought it.

Use this for gym and love it

Absolutely rubbish. It lasted one swimming session then gave up. Trying to find all the packages to return it.Will wait and see how the refund goes before I add further comments.

Forget about the radio. You wouldn't get a reception on top of a mountain. other than that it works fine.
