This necklace is very small. The chain is so thin it feels like it will snap if you apply any pressure at all.The actual pendant is broken. The coloured stone or whatever that is inside is chipped.You have to break your nails to open it, there is no button.It appears to be very common for these items to be broken.It's not broken during transit, there is a smooth layer on top and there are no pieces in the bag it came in.They must know about it and ship it anyway in this poor unacceptable condition.This should be in Poundland.RRP £112 is merely advertising.£27 is a scam.

This heart locket is really nice I looked at EVERY locket as a gift some silly prices some more realistic for what they are. The picture is realistic it's beautiful and is good quality through out the inside is machined and is neat. For the price its great ,very well made. The locket has a secure closing. With two pictures of family in it made a great gift for my wife. I know good quality and have in the past spent hundreds of pounds on jewelry even thousands, (once)! I can't fault this. The design on the front if you look closely does resemble a letter 'A' not sure why if at all why, but if its relevant to you it would make this even more special.

This is beautiful. I've seen the bad reviews and have to say mine isn't tarnished in any way nor is the MIL inlay. My only complaints would be it is very hard to open due to slight mis-alignment of pin (but I'm actually glad because My hubby bought me expensive gold one many years ago that opened too easily), there is no photo holder (although this is my fault as it does show in pictures that there isn't and I never noticed) and it is a bit rough inside but this is not something you will be looking at - especially when photos are in. I can imagine there are variations on quality but mine is worth every penny and more. Silver isn't cheap in the jewellers where I live - not seen a silver locket this size anywhere close to this price and that's without MOP inlay!

I have bought this for my daughters 30th birthday. Thought a heart would be nice & chose this as it's Mother of Pearl also.I love it!It's a good size, good to open & close. But best of all....it's so reasonabily priced. I have looked else where, but they were so much more expensive.I think my daughter will love it too.Go one, buy one!!

This product is lovely and looks exactly as the picture. I am very pleased with it. It would have got 5 starts but there are some minor irritations preventing this. 1) There is no way of securing the photos in the locket. 2) The locket fastener is a bit loose so it rattles slightly. 3) the clasp is very small and this makes it difficult to do up. Like I said, these are minor things - love the look of this.

Amazon is amazing for gifts. I do feel slightly guilty as the high street struggles. But why spend a lot of time browsing the shops when hundreds of ideas are at your fingertips? I was looking for something pretty for my Mum and this locket was perfect [Mother-of-Pearl for Mother's Day...!]. She is a jewellery lover and immediately liked the locket, commenting on the design and chain [the latter passing me by - I am a man!]. Free delivery was, as ever, prompt and well-packaged. I ordered this product on Thursday and received it yesterday ( Saturday ) it was packaged very well plus in a beautiful little box the item was a present for my partners mum and i have to say it's absolutely beautiful the item is alot more beautiful than i expected.

A very nice locket. The clasp was difficult to open and I was concerned that the locket would break whilst opening, however it has not so far. I was disappointed that there wasn't a piece of clear plastic or cellophane to hold photos or whatever in place inside the locket. This was bought as a gift, the locket looks expensive and is well made, my daughter inlaw loved it which is the main thing for me.
