Great for beginners
I have not done yoga before and with pregnancy taking its toll on my back and my pelvis already at 24 weeks I decided I needed to do something to try and help myself.This DVD is great for beginners and the stretching pose in the hips and spine section did seem to help my lower back. As silly as it sounds actually giving yourself the time to fully relax in the relaxation section was lovely, as much as I am trying to rest life really does get in the way so it is good to totally switch off and baby seemed to enjoy it as well.
