Best fire tv device for all OTT fans
The interface is excellent and fairly intuitive, and the remote works great. I am super glad I opted for the Fire TV stick option that comes with the remote that also has TV controls like volume and mute, so I can do it all with the remote that came with it. It also comes along with Sony liv annual subscription and the activation of Sony liv app is seamless once you download the app. Overall setup of the device was ridiculously easy.

I'm using this firestick for more than 2months but till now I haven't encountered any problem in firestick. Also some people say that they didn't get the SONY LIV subscription but it's fake or they don't know the method to activate subscription. To use subscription, download and open Sony LIV on firestick and go to account and login with the same account that you used to purchase firestick and then the subscription will automatically start. There is no physical subscription code in the firestick package.

I Like this now.There was problem with the first despatched fire tv stick, SonyLiv was unable to get activated with Amazon account.After lot of efforts and hard reaction, Amazon replaced with other one and that now started working and could get Sony liv app activated. This is the first attempt yet to see after restart …so wait till then..

Sony liv activation failed
Product is otherwise good. But sony liv wasnt auto activated there is a process which was not mentioned on product discription.I followed steps but sony liv could not be activated pop saying it is not available with this ( see pic).Contacted both amazon and sony liv.Sony liv raise hands sating contact amazon people.Amazon saying it's sony's fault.Waiting for resolution.Will update later..

Powerpacked deal HD and Sonyliv
Process to activate Sonyliv is not mentioned, I opened the Sonyliv app on the firestick and browsed it. I found there was an option to claim free subscription from Amazon, I clicked it and started. My TV is always on like a screensaver and all time HD scenic views are on. Loved it.
