One screw didn’t go in straight and now the top lift a little bit on one corner.

I've owned cube storage pieces before but always disliked that they just sat on the floor. The fact that this one sits on a metal frame is ideal and presents beautifully - it's actually the first comment people have made when they see it is, "Oh, I like that it doesn't sit on the floor." In regards to putting together, as always there is usually one direction that is not clear or confusing, and with this one, it is the end pieces. Just pay close attention to the way you put them on or else you will be having to backtrack a few steps to correct it later. But otherwise easy to put together and did it myself with no help. It is very sturdy, even though I questioned that after I realized that I had not paid close enough attention when ordering and thought it was wood (it's not - it's mfg wood). And it looks very nice in my daughter's room with plenty of large cubbies to put baskets, toys, or whatever in.

It looks like the picture. Material is a little flimsy, careful not to break the holes when drilling during assembly. Definitely worth the value.

I really like this product as it sits above the floor. Very sturdy. Description said it was a set of two but I only received one. I have not been able to get in touch with the right person, have tried numerous times, to correct this. I would love to receive the second of the set of two. Only gave one star for value as I only received one.

Only complaints are on the instructions for assembly. Not clear which side is forward when adding top & bottom to shelves. Had to flip. Not enough covers for the shelving holes given. You can still see fasteners.

Assembly was a little challenging but I’m not that handy. This is a sturdy storage solution and I like the size of the cubes. Good value for low price.

So, in buying this I had anticipated this to be a fairly easy build. I was sorely wrong. This took about 3 hours to assemble not including the dry time for the wood glue. I highly recommend having your own wood glue; what is provided is not enough. Also beware of fiberglass particles all over the parts. THESE WILL GET ON YOUR SKIN AND CLOTHES AND ITCH LIKE HELL. I wiped everything down with a wet paper towel before handling. Not sure why there are fiberglass particles on everything, but just take precaution and do in a ventilated area. The order of assembly in the instructions manual is not the best in my opinion. You'd be better off looking everything over and figuring out the easiest order yourself. And save yourself the headache by doing this when you have plenty of time. You get what you pay for in this case.

Much more sturdy than the Better Home And Gardens white vertical unit. Easy to put together, I’m unsure why some of the other reviewers had issues. Easy directions to follow and I put it together in about 30 minutes on my own. Several of the shelves did arrive with some cosmetic damage but all pieces were accounted for. I especially appreciated the included glue since it added to the structural integrity once assembled and it was not included with the white vertical unit.
