Way too expensive for what you get. Motor is not really as strong as advertised...>>way<< less powerful than their Tidy Turbo!!Electric cord is way too short, in fact annoyingly so, as is hose (again, both way shorter than the Tidy Turbo!!).Hose is so short you can generally only clean/dust items directly in front of you, if general cleaning/dusting is what you are using this item for. If you have to reach up or around or to the side (e.g. on a step-stool or ladder), forget it.Shoulder strap/support is useless, as almost any motion or shift in body posture, e.g. reaching up or leaning down, will cause it to fall off your shoulder. This means you have to always have one hand holding or supporting the unit at all times...just plain stupid.Dust/dirt cup is small and fills up quickly; also, not HEPA quality, or anything close.Frankly, this unit is nothing more than one of those small, weak, cordless hand vacs, but with a too short hose and too short electric cord. Do yourself a favor and find a better canister vacuum. I'd recommend the Readivac Tidy Turbo, as this was a truly excellent offering, but the fools at Readivac saw fit to discontinue that model...apparently their customers were too satisfied with it so they figured they were doing something wrong. There is a reason the Eureka Might Mite is a number one seller and this thing isn't.Buy something else!!!

This unit is small but has some powerful suction but not as powerful if you use its full length of the extension attachments. The unit does get hot after a about 10 minutes or so, but does not stop running. The whole over-the-shoulder feature is invaluable. It's not good for whole-house vacuuming though, however, I used it for my office and was amazed. Vacuumed out my computer, keyboard, monitor, copier/fax, dusty shelves, cob webs, carpet corners, blinds and so on. The small brush attachment kept fold in and was a bit annoying but it definitely cleaned well. The extension attachments were interchangeable with my home vacuum. Bonus..... I am absolutely glad I bought it.

I bought it because I have health issues and this is light weight.The instructions were too sparse. Some parts fell off as I was using it, which was annoying.I am hoping to get used to it and function better with it as I don't have many choices.I would not recomment it for someone with choices. It does seem powerful though.It does heat up a bit also. Not worth the money.

This is great for small jobs but does lack power for larger jobs. It does seem to overheat and needs to rest if it's going to be used for more than 5 minutes.

Actually, China included a assessory could not need LESS (2 of same) in place of needed one. Talked with their "customer service" and was ready to pull my hair out. Returned unit.

Heats up pretty fast and rings where strap attaches are plastic and subject to rapid wear and breakage. But replacement was fast and easy.

Lots of suction power with the compact size and the price. Once it gets overheated, it will shut off. Definitely for that small space cleaning.

I wanted this small vacuum for on-the-spot cleanups, dusting ceiling fans, and dusting my entryway steps. WOW!!! It certainly exceeds all my expectations. Extremely powerful for its size and very easy to maneuver. I love it and will be using it a lot more than I expected!!!

Great product to use for house cleaning. I like it. Just let me see how long it is going to keep the same performance before I need to replace the filter

I was disappointed in the amount of suction this machine has. I can't use it to vacuum my stairs after all. I missed the return date. I bought an 18v shark rechargeable instead and it works really well. Now, I have to get rid of the Readivac somehow.
