Guatemala Finca La Bolsa This Guatemalan Caturra is from Finca La Bolsa which is at almost 1500 meters above sea level near La Libertad, Huehuetenango. Caturra is a natural hybrid of bourbon often with a cleaner citric taste and lighter body and you certainly get that brightness in the cup. The coffee cherries are washed using the local spring water and sun-dried on a small island formed between the two rivers that run across the estate. The estate owners are passionate about the environment and all processes comply with Rainforest and C.A.F.E practices. Our Roasting Ethos This coffee has been roasted to a light-medium level ensuring that we have maintained as much of the natural, clean flavour of apples and stone-fruits that is accompanied by a hint of chocolate.
