Printed parts with metal screw threads - what's not to like here.Update - I've put over forty of these in now every single one has been perfect, and in every case the bolt catches really easily.You do need a soldering iron and the special bits, also a metal ruler or similar - they're easily found.Heat up the soldering iron, push the narrow end into the hole by hand, rest the soldering iron in it and let the weight push it most of the way down, remove the iron, QUICKLY turn the piece over and press flat against the metal ruler pushing the nut home and flattening the bulge of plastic that forms as you push it in. Result nice flush insert (see pic). Takes less time to do than to read.Let it cool completely before use.The picture is of one of a set of printed cabinet/draw handles, I was able to bolt them in good and tight with no problems, they seem nice and solid (more so than the metal junk they replace) - time will tell.

These are great, not identical to any major brands (that i know of), so ensure that you set the diameter and depth of your holes specifically to these and you'll have a great time with them.I've used around half the pack so far, they come in a nice box to keep them organised, and they're all free of defects, all have a consistent internal thread and have all worked flawlessly for what i need them for.Highly recommend, would buy again

I use these to join 3d printed parts. They have good threads and conduct well.

Not as nutty as pecan nuts, or hexagonal ones, but still nutty.

They are expensive and would rather buy 200-300 of them at once.

Super praktisch für 3D-Druck-Projekte. Ich nutze sie immer, wenn ich etwas montieren möchte.
