I have relatively sensitive, acne prone skin. I've used many products and soaps over the years. I was amazed at how much this soap and a luffa cleared up my skin, and quickly. I personally saw improved 'complexion' on my chest in two days. I went from having a small scattering to virtually clear skin in a week.With daily use, I almost never see acne on my chest or shoulders. They key is using it with a luffa.It's relatively unscented as well.Side note: any product with neem will work (at least it has for me). Neem based lotions are moisturizing and not greasy... shampoos help with dandruff and leave your hair soft... toothpaste helps with whitening and no lingering bad breath, and minimal leftover toothpaste taste......neem oil also seems to help minor scrapes and cuts heal quicker and more evenly.When not buying in 'bulk' on Amazon, I almost exclusive buy my toiletries at the local Indian store. I didn't believe my husband when he told me how great neem products were, I told him there was no way it could be that great for every product. I have since eaten my words.

This soap is awesome. Love it! I purchased it to go with the Neem Oil...because my mother. daughter in law and granddaughter had gotten into some poison ivy. I put the Neem Oil on their skin and after about 30 minutes had them to shower. This soap helped decrease the redness in the whips, rashes and itching in their skin. I totally recommend this product. I love the smell of it ...it reminds me of the octagon soap my grandmother use to add to our laundry when I was a child. However, this product is well worth the buy!!!!!!!!

I love the NEEM factor. You name it and neem does it starting with cleaning, eradicating, disinfecting, healing and purifying the skin. This soap is a must for people like me with hypersensitive skin who absolutely cannot tolerate chemicals and also for all people in general because your face and body skin will always remain super clean and free from infection. Good price. Fast shipping. This soap is a natural cure for all kinds of skin disorders like acne to more severe skin issues. There is nothing I dislike about this product.

Made in India - sold for Rs 75 about $1.10 Very old product 30 plus years in manufacture.VERY HARD TO READ Print...Ingredients: Sodium Palmate, Sodium Palm Kernilate, Sodium Soap of Neem oil, Aqua, Talc, perfume, Sodium Chloride, Petrolium Jelly, Lauric acid, disodium EDTA, disodium Eichonate, lanolin, Hard paraffin, Vitamin E, Acetate, Glyceric monostearate, colors.So hardly natural or organic... Has talc - J&J is just paying out settlement for that...That said this is a good soap.but if you are looking for all Natural organic, this ain't it. Buy neem oil and make it your self. My fist batch was a sludge and possibly alive.

Soap was clearly old stock and was brittle and breaking apart when I got it :(

This soap is wonderful. Not too drying, and you can barely smell the neem. (It IS there - the scent just doesn't overwhelm, like some other neem soaps I've tried.) My skin looks and feels much better, especially my face. It's also great for cleaning minor wounds and abrasions, and it does seem to help them heal faster. My only complaint: The bars are NOT bath size. Definitely recommend the 12-pack, especially for a family.

It smells absolutely horrible, with 1 open bar making my entire bathroom stink, overpowering even Febreze air fresheners. My headline really not much of exaggeration.On top of that, very first bar of 12 pack I bought gave me bad allergy before I could even finish it. Dermatologist told me it is very common with Neem products for most people who, as she put it, "burn red from the sun". Which was surprising for me taking into consideration how well other manufacturer's Neem shampoo reduced rushes in scalp I'm having after every haircut.In any case, all 12 bars took well deserved honorable place in my garbage container.

I was introduced to Margo Soap by a friend of mine who is an Indian living in India. She has used the soap for years and recommended it to me for any skin issues since it contains neem. I actually wanted it for one of my dogs, who was having itchy skin which could have been a result of allergies. So I tried it on her. My husband who normally gives the dogs their baths loves it ! He says that it lathers up nicely, cleans well and the dogs smell wonderful after their baths. So instead of using it on just one dog, we use it on all three of them. Instead of our female chewing herself raw this spring, she seems to be fine. I don't know if it is a result of using Margo soap but so far so good. I am on my second order of a dozen bars and we will order it again when we run low.
