Let me start by saying I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and stage 4 kidney disease. Therefore I have specific diet needs. I am on a low sodium, liw protein, liw phosphorus and potassium diet as well as being vegetarian. Noone else in my household is on any part of this type of diet. So, when it comes to my meals I like to make them in separate pots and pans, I have a whole counter dedicated to my electric meal prep gadgets. I like using the small hotpots this way I can just cook everything together. My last one worked well, but was stainless steel on the inside, and only had one cook setting. So sometimes I would end up with burnt veggies if I didn't jeep an eye on it. This also meant that I had to scour the pot after letting it soak. This pot has changed all that! This is a deeper and larger capacity multicooker with a nonstick coating. It has 2 cook settings, so if I have to walk away my food will not burn as quickly. I love this steamer, I never liked steaming my vegetables because it took too long, I swear with this multicooker that time has been cut in half! Mind you it will get very hot on the high cook setting, but to quick steam veggies it's very handy. This multi cooker us very well built, and all of the parts: steam rack and lid fit perfectly together. I have no fear of either one falling off if I pick it up by the handle. It is very versatile, I go from steaming veggies pour out the water add either oil or broth then make a soup, all usually with 15 to 20 minutes and my food is done. The cleanup is so easy with the the coating on the inside, a little soap and warm water and voila! It's in the drain rack. I woukd like to also mention that I like to take my cookers on vacation with me to hotels. Since its pretty hard to find appropriate Kraus when on vacation, next time we go I will definitely be bringing this and my trusty rice cooker! Buy it, you won't regret it!

This mini hotpot is perfect for solo meals or small snacks—it heats up quickly and is super portable! I love how lightweight and easy it is to store, making it ideal for dorm rooms or office lunches. The design is simple and functional, though I did notice one small drawback there is no button lights* – It’s hard to tell if the pot is on or off since the buttons don’t light up. I had to check by touch or wait to feel heat. Despite this issues, it still performs well for its size, and I’ve enjoyed using it for quick meals. If the buttons were improved (especially with backlighting), this would be perfect!!

Great little pot. I use it for most anything I am cooking a small amount of. It is great for just about anything you use a pot for. My favorite use of it is to cook oatmeal for y husband and myself in the morning. It holds just the right amount for the two of us. It is easy co clean and the best part is I don’t have to wait forever for the water to boil. Once it is plugged in you have boiling water in minutes. I highly recommend this item

there is no medium or simmer, it's medium and high heat. It does heat up very quickly, but you must watch it or your food will burn. the steamer works GREAT, and it's cute.

This lil guy heats up quick, like real quick. I work doubles so i decided to take it to work to make buldak noodles. Worked great. Kept it warm too while I tended to my residents. And it was perfect by the time I actually ate it, also cools down really quick too, cleaning is a breeze, comes with a thick sponge to help. Perfect lil guy to take around.Just prep your other ingredients and everything comes together in about 5mins.

I purchased this product in July and began using it in late August. Unfortunately, by mid-November—less than three months into use—it stopped functioning entirely. I contacted customer service and submitted a video demonstrating the defect. While they acknowledged the issue and requested that I return the item, they did not provide a return label or clear instructions. They also offered a 50% discount on a future purchase, which I found unsatisfactory given the circumstances. Despite following up regarding the return process, I have yet to receive a response. It's disappointing, especially considering the product has a sleek design and initially appeared to be of good quality. I hope this was an isolated defect, but the lack of support has made the experience frustrating. thanks
