I purchase these bones thinking I'd use on my feet (& haven't yet...) but, wow, really find them useful for my lower lumbar area & neck muscles. Perfect size for tucking either place. The material is soft but nubby; just he right amount of pressure. Happy I bought them.

Once you figure out the rolling motion that targets the area you need help with. The color I got is non-attractive yellow green. Not the vibrant green color. That should be corrected. Color doesn't affect operation, but it sure isn't nice to look at.

these are soft and squishy, but firm enough and they float. I had a specific idea in mind for these, but they didn't fit the bill. Still, on the ground they work well on feet. hands. arms. legs and they probably make a great dog toy too. What I am looking for is something similar, a bit more narrow [duel bucket], same spikes, do not float or will fill up with water and roll.
