Packaging wise: hard to undo the plastic from a rolled up product. the tree is very small, wish it was larger. it is perfect for my office though.

I've gotten so many compliments on my office. It was VERY easy to install! I installed the handtree first, and then spaced out all the other texts around it - much more spaced out than what the Amazon listing describes. I slanted and gave some of the texts an angle, too. This gives makes the entire thing bigger and covers wider surface area as opposed to being condensed together.
