THIS IS NOT RAW UNHEATED HONEY!!!!
This honey has been heated as described on the jar description WHICH DIFFERS FROM THE LABEL ON THE PICS HERE!!!!!Bees flap their wings to cool the honey to a temperature below 33 degrees celsius if the heat gets any hotter the bees will not eat the honey and will abandon it!! This honey has been heated above that tempertature.THIS IS JUST PURE SUGAR AND IT WILL GIVE YOU A HEADACHE !!!!!! I would be fine if they didnt sell it as raw which I consider as very insidious behaviour...

Don't listen to the ridiculous 1 star reviews
Very good quality honey. I've used loads of different honey in my mead making and this is my constant one I go back to.Don't understand all the 1 star reviews. The majority of these people haven't the faintest clue about honey, raw or otherwise. It comes crystallized usually, which all raw honey will do. It's a normal process with raw honey. If it stays runny it's not raw! The honey is a natural mix of sugars from the bees which varies massively depending on the pollen they have collected. So the taste can vary massively. It's a bit infuriating seeing the ridiculous 1 star reviews from people thinking they should be getting a crap processed runny honey.I have no doubt this is a filtered unprocessed raw honey. Its excellent, varies in taste and texture (like it should!) And I've bought plenty of it and never been disappointed.

Great!
Ooh this tastes yummy. Delivery super quick. Crystallised but easy enough to spoon out. Will DEFINITELY order this again! Some people complained about size so have included a photo next to a ball point pen for some sense of scale. Packaged in a plastic container which is good as I have to carry this home and glass is so much heavier!

Heavenly honey
This is so utterly wonderful, I didn’t expect it to be so good. It does taste like real raw honey I used to taste as a child at my uncle’s bee farm. Very dark, lovely texture and the taste... I’m sure Nigella Lawson would find the right words to describe it:))

Very happy
One of the best honeys I have ever bought. Delicious mild tasting honey, giving that slight tingle in the mouth that a good wild honey does. Will buy again.Oct 2017. Re-ordered and now on my 2nd jar.Dec 2017. Now on my 3rd jar - I use it in cooking instead of sugar, on my waffles and pancakes and in my homemade chocolate. Same great taste, consistently good.

Very good Honey! And pure!
Mine was crystallised witch happens and no big deal, i used my for portage(drop big lumps in and allow to melt) and cuppas:-) it is without doubt the real deal and proper honey, no added rubbish at all... you can test honey with warm water and a cup, drop a little honey in the bottom of a cup and pour on hot water and allow to melt, swill cup in Circular motion, if its real honey you will see honey hexagonal bee hive membrane shapes in the honey at the bottom of cup, believe it or not honey has a physical memory:-) i did this test on this honey, its the real deal:-) if something is added, the honey wont form the hexagon shapes in the bottom of the cup...

Really good flavour, highly recommended
We've tried several different raw honeys of late; this one goes high up the list in terms of taste, consistency and usability. The plastic jar isn't of particular concern (as is mentioned in other reviews), the wide neck of this large jar is a bonus, making the soft-set honey easily accessible. I will definitely be ordering more of this honey and am very happy to recommend.

Met our expectation.
Buckwheat honey is an acquired taste. I've read people complain about the aroma & it is an odd smell (I always think 'cowpats'!)..but we love it. It is a dark colour, almost looks like burnt caramel, yet not overly sweet. Its runny (or ours was) but thick, not granulated but not smooth. We are very satisfied with this jar, full to the brim, & the taste we expected. My only little gripe is that at £19.99 it doesn't qualify for free delivery so I had to trawl for a £1 item (we didn't really want) to avoid the £5 delivery charge. Not sure if its Amazon or the seller who imposes this?, but for the sake of a1p I'd happily pay £20 for it.
