Stands up to abuse!
I bought this set to take to Alaska on a Salmon/Halibut fishing trip. This set survived filleting around 650 pounds of fish by guys who were not experienced at filleting fish. They sharpened easy and held a great edge. The set was worked very hard and took all the abuse. The handles were comfortable and did not slip out of my slimey hands. I would buy this set again.

Fishing knives
These knives are sharp And very sturdy. They do cut through the meat and scales rather well. You have various style blades to cut through larger fish with bigger scales. I do feel that this set is worth the money. I can grab them and put them on my boat And clean my fish when I get back to the dock. it is a nice kit to have.
