Item works well and the rear camera included is good quality. Overall would recommend to buy. I’ve had this item over a year and is still working great, my boyfriend installed this for me.

Good stereo system, however the only downside is connecting multiple devices, need to turn off my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to disconnect

Everything about this unit has been stellar. From a few months ago when I inquired about exactly what parts I’d need to get this installed to just this week working through a support ticket with them.Took it on a maiden voyage today and my whole family thought my old truck was a whole lot more fun.I love the apple car play and my kids loved waiting in the parking lot for an event watching a movie.Glad my wife gifted this to me. Was fun to install myself (got a soldering iron out of the deal!) and more fun to enjoy once installed.Great product with great support.

Overall very easy install. The sound quality could definitely use sound improvements. My factory head unit sounded way better and clearer

For the price. It’s really unbeatable. Had a few questions the customer service from the company is just as good as the product they sell.

What we thought would take an hour to do took us 4.5 hours and a lot of frustration but with enough YouTube searching and a little back yard ingenuity we finally got it installed and working. One it was working it performed better than we expected. One observation, you cannot listen to the FM radio and have CarPlay up at the same time. If you turn on the radio CarPlay turns off, if you turn on CarPlay the radio turns off. This is a bit frustrating but not a deal breaker.

The media could not be loaded. Had a screen failure as the video shows. I have 2 of these units and this one was purchased April 2024. Contacted manufacturer for warranty claim and the said it was out of the 1 year warranty. Not sure how they do math but OK. Will be looking for a different product to spend my money on as should you. Other key details about this product, very limited equalizer adjustments, no way to disconnect phone from Bluetooth while unit is on, constantly reconnects. Feature are OK but not the greatest and sound output is much lower than expected. Highly recommend shopping around for something better.
