The media could not be loaded. EDIT!!! I had someone else come over and look at it and they figured it out. The directions could be a little more specific but overall a AMAZING swing that we all seem to LOVE. Bought it for my 4 year old & my 16 year old and myself love to relax and swing too. Definitely recommend but if the holes are not matched up something is placed wrong it’s not the swing itselfThe holes do not match up so I can not get the legs into the too frame they also did not send enough washers or the caps to the ends of the screws. I sent them a message and hope to hear back ASAP

All in all this is a good swing for the money. Our major concerns were if it would stand up to the intense use of boys under the age of 10, and if the anchors would hold. Both items made the mark! It is a good size for younger kids, holds the weight of an adult under 200lbs, the anchors stay in the ground, and the swing material is comfortable.Only complaint was how long it took to assemble. The poles didn't line up exact so fitting them into the top brackets was tricky but resulted in a nice tight fit.Make sure you adjust the length of the swing ropes as they are very long.

After finally getting a replacement connector piece after WEEKS of asking (one of the connector pieces holes were in no way cut properly during manufacturing) I went to put the connector piece on today, and lo and behold, the main orange top piece that connects to the #16 connector which connects to the blue legs, well NONE of the holes match up on an ENTIRE SIDE. Clearly some measurements are not accurate in manufacturing. How hard is it to drill some holes into metal? It's not. Which is why I am now doing it myself. This is truly the worst product I have ever bought on amazon. Customer service were incompetent. Congrats on screwing people over that are just trying to keep their kids entertained during quarantine. I will never purchase from your company again and I will make sure all the parents I know, do not purchase from your company. If I could give 0 stars, this would be the first and only time I would give a product 0 Stars. It's so disappointing because my kids were so excited. What should have only taken roughly an hour to put together, has taken weeks. And of course by the time I got the connector piece, the swingset already started rusting. What a quality product. I feel like I'm being pranked. Your other reviews must be your employees posting 5 stars because there is no way anyone that bought this product is giving 5 stars. Especially if it came from this manufacturing company. None of the measurements are accurate. You have a huge flaw in your manufacturing. I want my money back. I took pictures today how uneven everything is and how the holes don't even remotely line up. I followed the directions to a T. Don't even get me started on the nuts and bolts that were sent. I had to go out and buy the correct nuts and bolts, was missing some, listen extra ones I didn't need. And they sent me about 20 washers too many. Seriously I hate your product. Thanks for screwing single moms everywhere over. I had to call some of my guy friends in the construction business to come by and make sure that I didn't mess anything up. They told me I did everything right and it's just a crappy product. There's your review.

**Update: I purchased a separate trapeze attachment to use interchangeably on the swing frame, depending on the kids’ moods (see pic). After some research, I picked CREATIVE CEDAR DESIGNS Ultimate Triangle Rings & Trapeze bar because it has the shortest chain and is under $20. The chain is 37” and still a bit long, but I just loop the extra back onto the clip and it’s fine. I usually throw a couple of patio furniture cushions underneath if the kids want to do some daredevil moves. This swing/trapeze combo has been great for keeping these monkeys entertained.Original review:This is a compact swing set that works well for small backyard areas. I paid under $120 for the frame and seat combo. The frame is low quality metal with minimal instructions, but at least all the pieces are there and easy to put together. The swing seat I’d give 4.5 stars for the material and sturdiness.Note that you’re instructed to pour concrete, but I suspect that many people would rather skip this step. I didn’t want to make this cheaply constructed frame a permanent fixture in my yard, neither did I want to destroy my AstroTurf. Trying it with zero additional support, the legs take turns lifting off the ground with even a 4-year-old 35 pounder swinging above waist level. We ended up screwing on wooden planks across the bottom (see pic), and now my 4 and 7 year olds can swing together with very little lift. I’d say it can safely take 100 lbs now. I plan to get sandbags to throw on for even more stability when I have time.All in all, it’s a cheaply made set that does the job with some help. I would recommend it.

Hi! There are not instructions. At all. There is a photo of what it will look like. If you are not me mechanically inclined, this may be difficult for you to put together. It does say how many bolts and nuts come and shows an image but the nuts and bolts dont look like the image and there is the incorrect amount vs what they say. There were enough total but not in the quantities they say. This is AMAZING though! My son loves it! It goes up to 220 lbs so an adult and my son get to swing together. The swing will touch the ground so you have to adjust the straps.
