I’ve been munching on these collagen gummies for the better part of a year now. Have I noticed a difference? Not really. But considering I treat vegetables like optional decorations and my diet is basically chaos with a side of regret, I figure my body needs all the help it can get. I’m chronically low on B12, iron, and vitamin D — basically one blood test away from turning to dust. The flavour is totally fine, texture is satisfyingly chewy, and the only real downside is that I eat them like Haribo and they’re priced like diamonds. So yeah, expensive self-delusion in gummy form. 10/10 might still keep buying.
